2. Licence
Subject to a valid purchase or subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive licence to use the software for your salon business according to your plan limits and documentation.
3. Accounts & responsibilities
You are responsible for admin credentials, staff access, the accuracy of salon data, and compliance with applicable salon, tax, and consumer laws in your region.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, resell without authorisation, abuse infrastructure, or use the product for unlawful activity.
5. Availability & changes
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features and pricing may change with notice where required.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
